Time to Stamp "again...."
Time to get stamping again...I have several things to accomplish this week...Plus I need to get ready for my foot spa this weekend. Hopefully a few people will show! All are welcome...come on over!
I got a call from my very good friend...who I miss seeing all the time and we will meet for dinner this evening!! OK, so a few more hours away from stampin...OUCH but it will be so good to see her.

The cake actually turned out...I think ;-)
OK, we are back from the Tow Show...WOW, what a weekend...It was so much fun! But now have to play catch-up at work ;-(
I did the cake, it actually turned out!! Lots of work though...Cake decorators, you have a special talent and I am at your mercy. It was fun, and a learning experiance. I think I am sticking to cards and scrapping though. But I am sure I will do another for next years big event.

Cakes Cakes and More cakes...OUCH
WOW, My husband has an event the weekend of the 14th...I am "trying" to donate a cake in some kind of form, shape something of a tow truck...My htoughts at first were "This will not be all that difficult"...HA HA HA. I went to North Bend saturday searching for something...ANYTHING to help me out. My good friend at work Kristina brought me a cake book...a FUN cake book and it gave me some great ideas!! I ended up with a cute cupcake silicone mold in the shape of a car that I am going to attempt to construct into a truck. WISH ME LUCK...PLEASE. On top of this I have my Stampin Up! mini convention Sunday and need to finish a few card swaps. I wanted to post this Sat. but time flew by (as usual) and when I did try to get to it...what happened?? Yep, I could not get my computer to log on, UGHHH. I gave up and went to bed. It had been a very long day and Sunday is also my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY
I did receive a wonderful gift rfom my Secret Sister with Stampin Up! that I have not had the chance to show everyone...In it was a cute little tin all decorated up with some of the fall dsp paper and filled with DOVE CANDY (which was much appreciated saturday!!) amd a darling anniversay wish...I absolutely loved it. My Secret Sister is very talented and I cannot wait to meet her! joining the Secret Sister group has been tons of fun ;-)

Getting Started..CHALLENGE!!
OK, here I go!!
Just a start to tell you about myself....I am 21 going on 50...ha haha...really going on 50! I have been happily married now for ONE YEAR AUGUST 9th!!! I Have 4 wonderful kids ages 29 (almost 29, gosh I am old!), 22, 20 and nearly 19. I have 2 Shi Tzu's named Teana and Cassie and 1 cat named coach. I recently moved from Easton (other side of Snoqualmie Pass) to North Bend. My husband and I love to camp, hike, go for a drive, Nascar races (go Sadler!!), and football games. We do have a pretty busy life.
I have been wanting to do a blog for some time now...Just well to be honest have not done it. Work, seems to get into my "fun time"...So Katie (Stampin Up!! Buddy, although 99% via email) has given me a challenge and those who know me, know to well that I will be determined to win the challenge. I will win in many ways...Fisrt of all, I will finally get a blog done where I can share ideas with friends, family and whoever else dares to take a peek! 2nd of all, Katie will owe me a drink and we will get to sit and gab in person...WOW, that will be great!
I have been stamping now for about 19 or so years. This past February I decided to take it to the next level and join Stampin Up!! I LOVE IT...I have met many people, have joined several swaps and continue to learn. Although my husband says I have more stamps that I know what to do with, he supports me 100%. I have been attending my upline Suzanne Johnson's workshops for many years now where I have also met some wonderful friends who now are FAMILY to me.
So, I will continue to keep my blog going...WIll start in a day or 2o to post pictures, family as well as cards and scrapbook pages I have done.
Wish me luck, I will need it!
